Automatic Billing is a payment authorization in which the traveler grants Sustaita Multi Services dba Wanderlust Amigas Travel and Wanderlust Amigas permission to charge the designated payment method for all scheduled installment payments, fees, and outstanding balances related to the booked trip. Authorization remains in effect until the balance is paid in full or the booking is canceled in accordance with the Cancellation Policy. 

By selecting a payment plan, the traveler agrees that all installment amounts will be charged automatically to the payment method provided at the time of booking. Payment dates and amounts are predetermined and disclosed at checkout. 

 No. Once the authorization is granted, payments are processed automatically. Manual payment submissions are not required unless the traveler chooses to pay the balance in full before the final due date. 

Payments are processed on the scheduled due dates. Sustaita Multi Services dba Wanderlust Amigas Travel and Wanderlust Amigas is not responsible for delays caused by banks, financial institutions, or payment processors. 

 If a payment is declined for any reason (including insufficient funds, expired card, or bank error):

• The traveler will receive notification of the failed payment.
• The traveler must update the payment method within 24 hours.
• Sustaita Multi Services dba Wanderlust Amigas Travel and Wanderlust Amigas may reattempt the charge at any time during this period.

Failure to resolve a failed payment within 24 hours may result in:

• Suspension of the booking
• Automatic cancellation of the reservation
• Loss of payments made to date
• Additional cancellation fees
• Full financial responsibility for any supplier penalties

Sustaita Multi Services dba Wanderlust Amigas Travel and Wanderlust Amigas is not liable for financial loss resulting from failed or late payments.

Yes. It is the traveler’s responsibility to maintain an active, valid payment method. Changes can be made through the original invoice link or by contacting Sustaita Multi Services dba Wanderlust Amigas Travel and Wanderlust Amigas.

Sustaita Multi Services dba Wanderlust Amigas Travel and Wanderlust Amigas is not responsible for missed payments due to outdated or invalid card information.

 No. Automatic billing cannot be paused or altered once a payment plan has been initiated. The only way to stop automatic billing is to cancel the booking. All cancellations are subject to the Cancellation and Refund Policy, including any applicable fees.

In order to protect your information, Sustaita Multi Services dba Wanderlust Amigas Travel and Wanderlust Amigas doesn’t store your credit card information, but for guests enrolled in automatic billing our credit card processing company does. 

Payment plans are structured to conclude by the final payment deadline. The traveler remains fully responsible for ensuring the balance is paid in full by the required deadline. Failure to do so may result in cancellation without refund. 

 No. The traveler agrees not to initiate a credit card chargeback under any circumstance related to:

• Cancellation of the trip
• Refund denial by vendors
• Dissatisfaction with refund terms
• Payment plan obligations
• Failure to read or understand the policies
  

Initiating a chargeback constitutes a breach of contract and may result in:

• Immediate removal from the trip
• Denial of future bookings with Wanderlust Amigas Travel
• Legal action to recover funds, fees, and penalties
• Assignment to a collections agency

Automatic billing ensures timely payments, protects group contracts, and prevents disruptions to room assignments, transportation arrangements, and vendor commitments. Participation in a payment plan constitutes agreement to this requirement
