• Traveling to California does not requires a passport.
• When making your reservations, you can choose to pay in full or select our convenient payment plan. If you select a payment plan, you will automatically be added to our automatic monthly payment plan option. You can opt out of this program by emailing us at jennifer@wanderlustamigas.com.
• Please review our Auto Payment Plan Option.
• If you choose the monthly payment plan, you will not receive monthly notices when your payment is due.
• Provided full payment is received no later than your Final Payment Due date, travel documents, itineraries, and travel instructions will be sent via email 30 days or earlier prior to travel.
• Please be mindful that we suggest and recommend all attendees arrive in Sacramento, California on August 9, 2027 before 2:30 PM.
• It is the guests’ responsibility to notify Sustaita Multi Services dba Wanderlust Amigas Travel of all email address changes.
• You MUST purchase your own flight to Sacramento, California, before August 1, 2027.
• Once you purchase your flight, you should enter your flight information into our database so we can ensure a shuttle is ready to transfer you to the resort. Enter Information Here. Please note that our included airport transfers are only valid on our trip dates. If you are traveling anytime outside of our trip dates, you must secure your own transportation to and from the airport.
• Airport transfers are included for arrivals and departures within the official trip dates (August 9- August 13, 2027). If you arrive or depart outside these dates, you are responsible for arranging your own transportation to/from the resort.
• Please note, if you are arriving or departing any time outside of our trip dates of August 9- August 13, 2027, or to a different airport other than Sacramento, California, you are responsible for your transfers to and from the hotel.

• Making reservations for this package signifies your acceptance of our Terms and Conditions.
• Payments to Sustaita Multi Services dba Wanderlust Amigas Travel for Bougie Pero Latina: Napa Edition are refundable (minus deposit, credit card, and processing fees) and non-transferable. Please read refund polcy. This is because Sustaita Multi Services dba Wanderlust Amigas Travel has contractual agreements with hotels, airlines, and other vendors that will not allow us to obtain any refunds. This allows us to keep our package prices low, enabling you to make monthly payments on your vacation.
• Passengers are responsible for ensuring that they have the proper travel documents.
• Reservations must be made in your FULL NAME as it appears on your passport or TRUE ID. Your name on your invoice MUST match your passport or drivers license.
• Seat assignments ARE at the discretion of airlines. Seats for this group tour are only available in economy class, if included in the packaging.
• Prices and availability are subject to change without notice until booked. Please make your reservations today at this price to secure your spot.
• Monthly payments are required to keep your reservations current. Your invoice will clearly note your payment plan. 
• You must ensure your roommate, if applicable, is also making timely monthly payments.
• Roommate Matching is not available for this trip.
• You can log-in to our client portal to view your account and reservations 24 hours a day.
• Name changes are allowed with a $250 name change fee + any vendor’s fees after the final payment date on your payment plan.
• Late payment of $250 per person is required after the final due date listed on your payment plan. Late payment fees are automatically added to your reservations the day after your final due date.
• All late payment requests must be approved by management before the final payment deadline on your account.
• All prices and availability are subject to change until booked.

Wanderlust Amigas Travel understands that plans can change. To remain fair and transparent, we follow a structured cancellation timeline to protect both our guests and our vendors.

Notice Period Cancellation Deadline Refund Amount     

• 180 Days Before Trip 100% Refund(minus processing fees & deposit)  Cancel by February 10, 2027
• 150 Days Before Trip 75% Refund (minus processing fees & deposit)  Cancel by March 12, 2027 
• 120 Days Before Trip 50% Refund (minus processing fees & deposit)   Cancel by April 11, 2027
• Less than 120 Days Before Trip After April 11, 2027 No Refunds Available 

• The $200.00 deposit is non-refundable but will be applied toward your total balance.
• Final payment is due June 30, 2027.
• Failure to make the final payment by the due date may result in the forfeiture of your spot without refund.

If you can no longer attend, you may NOT transfer your ticket to another guest. Please purchase travel insurance.

In the unlikely event that the trip is canceled or rescheduled due to circumstances beyond our control (such as severe weather, natural disasters, or government restrictions), Wanderlust Amigas Travel will make every effort to reschedule or offer a credit toward a future event. Refunds in such cases will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
