From the heart and soul of Guatemala, Chef Thelma is a passionate chef with a genuine hands-on approach. Her culinary journey has spanned kitchens worldwide, teaching her the significance of local ingredients. In her kitchen, you'll find a celebration of the vibrant flavors, textures, and aromas she encountered in Michelin-star kitchens and her own heritage.

During your visit, you will discover our passion for wines handcrafted from our estate, from vineyards across our home state of Texas, and from diverse viticultural areas around our country and the world. The Tuscan inspired tasting room and lushly landscaped twenty-acre grounds and vineyard create a serene setting for relaxing with friends and family. Let our knowledgeable tasting room ambassadors guide you through an educational wine tasting and tour experience.

• Montefioralle: A beautifully preserved medieval village with narrow cobblestone streets.
• Sunset Over the Hills: Find a quiet spot to watch the sun set over the Tuscan landscape, painting the sky in hues of orange and pink.

• We do not anticipate any changes of venue or dining but in the event an unexpected change occurs, we will find a similar destination within the same time frame.
• Making reservations for this winery day trip signifies your acceptance of our Terms and Conditions.
• When making your reservations, you can choose to pay in full or select our convenient payment plan. If you select a payment plan, you will automatically be added to our automatic monthly payment plan option. You can opt out of this program by emailing us at jennifer@wanderlustamigas.com.
• Please review our Auto Payment Plan Option.
• Wanderlust Amigas will not pick up passengers. Passengers are responsible for ensuring they arrive to the meet-up point on time. You will be notified when to reach out to your driver on the return to pick-up destination to ensure timely arrival.
• Passengers are responsible for bringing their drivers license and must be 21+ to participate in the wine tasting.
• Seat assignments ARE at the discretion of first come basis. There are no assigned seating.
• Monthly payments are required to keep your reservations current. Your invoice will clearly note your payment plan. 
• All late payment requests must be approved by management before the final payment deadline on your account.
• All prices and availability are subject to change until booked.

Wanderlust Amigas Travel understands that plans can change. To remain fair and transparent, we follow a structured cancellation timeline to protect both our guests and our vendors.

Notice Period Cancellation Deadline Refund Amount     

• 180 Days Before Trip March 23, 2026 100% Refund (minus processing fees & deposit)   
• 150 Days Before Trip April 21, 2026 75% Refund (minus processing fees & deposit)   
• 120 Days Before Trip May 20, 2026 50% Refund (minus processing fees & deposit)   
• Less than 120 Days Before Trip After May 20, 2026 No Refunds Available  

• The $20.00 deposit is non-refundable after March 31, 2026, but will be applied toward your total balance.
• Final payment is due July 20, 2026.
• Failure to make the final payment by the due date may result in the forfeiture of your spot without refund.

If you can no longer attend, you may transfer your ticket to another guest up to May 20, 2026. Please notify Wanderlust Amigas Travel in writing at least 30 days before the event to update attendee information.

In the unlikely event that the trip is canceled or rescheduled due to circumstances beyond our control (such as severe weather, natural disasters, or government restrictions), Wanderlust Amigas Travel will make every effort to reschedule or offer a credit toward a future event. Refunds in such cases will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
